March 2011 - Dakar Forum on CSR
Now part of the African agenda of CSR, this yearly event organized by Initiative RSE Sénégal in partnership with the Embassy of Canada is an opportunity of meetings and exchanges between socially committed companies and their stakeholders to address African issues related to sustainable development and CSR. The World Forum Lille participates in this 3rd edition and will share its experience of running a network of companies on the topic of CSR.
July 2010 - China-Europa Forum (China)
The China-Europa Forum is a society-to-society dialog process of a new kind to take on our common challenges. Representatives of all sectors and of all socioprofessional backgrounds take on subjects of concern to them and discuss the issues that are common to our contemporary societies. The World Forum Lille will participate in the workshop: Corporate social responsibility: a way for a better dialogue between China and Europe ?
May 2010 - International Conference on “Companies and Social Responsibility" (Brazil)
Instituto Ethos is a Brazilian organization aiming at helping companies into considering corporate social responsibility an everyday management issue, accounts for some 35% of the GNP. The World Forum Lille was invited for the International Conference on “Companies and Social Responsibility". Philippe Vasseur shared with a panel of high level speakers the Alliances’ Network and World Forum Lille experiences.
April 2010 – 2nd Forum de la citoyenneté (Luxembourg)
The World Forum Lille participated in the 2nd “Forum de la citoyenneté” organised by IMS Luxemburg and totally dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) and sustainable development.
March 2010 – 9th edition of the FEDERE (France)
The World Forum Lille participated in the 9th edition of the European Forum for sustainable development and corportate responsibility, organised by les Echos Conférences, on “committing to sustainable growth”
March 2010 – Produrable (France)
We were Partners of the 3rd edition of Produrable, the conference for sustainable development and CSR professionals. Examples of « Best Practices » by companies, identified by Alliances Network, were available on video in the showroom as well as in document form in the brochure distributed to all the participants.
March 2010 – The Bamako Forum (Mali)
Philippe Vasseur, President of the World Forum Lille participated in February in the Bamako Forum, an event to exchange thoughts and experiences around the great issues that Africa has to deal with. The theme of this 10th edition was hunger and the food-supply issue in Africa. It was an opportunity to meet personalities, entrepreneurs and experts and to promote the sharing of good practices between continents.
