The World Forum Lille in seven words

Conviction: The financial, environmental, alimentary, social crisis... lead us to seek a SUSTAINABLE development model. The responsibility must be shared by all: beyond regulations of organizations, states, NGOs, BUSINESSES have an essential role to play.

Bias: Rather than problems, we want to show SOLUTIONS.

Objective: Review the BEST PRACTICES of companies everywhere around the world and make their example contagious.

Demonstration: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and economic performance are not contradictory; they are even very closely related.

Gathering: Already 9,000 participants to 3 major events in Lille, on diversity and equality of opportunities in 2007, on good environmental practices in 2008, and on sustainable finance in 2009.

Next meeting: On the 24th, 25th and 26th November 2010, a key event to draw a portrait of the responsible company and adopt the Responsible Company Manifesto.
