The first International Meeting on diversity, organised as part of the Social and Environmental World Forum was up to expectations thanks to the high level of the debates and the speakers from the five continents. Other publications and actions will come: the Forum is on the way.... We have already opened another chapter for the 2008 International Meeting. For this we will promote a responsible economy to “feed and protect” the earth. You think everything has been said on hunger in the world, the future of agricultural production, the most serious problem of water, energy changes or protecting the environment? It will not take you long to realise that on the contrary there is a lot to learn and understand. And beyond what is being said there is what is being done: many economic players are ahead of the necessary policies set by international bodies. It is their good practices that show the way.
