> Luciano BARIN CRUZ, Assistant Professor, HEC Montréal
Luciano Barin Cruz is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management at HEC Montréal. He got his Ph.D. in Management from Jean Moulin Lyon III University (France) and from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). He had previous experience in telecommunication, banking and consulting industries in Brazil as well as in social projects. His research interests are related to: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in firms from Emergent and Developed Countries; CSR in Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and export firms; Poverty and organizations (Social Business and BOP). He is in charge of courses related to CSR and Sustainability in Bachelor, DESS, MBA and MSc levels. He has already published in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Management Decision, Management International, Brazilian Administrative Review, etc, and communicated in conferences such as Academy of Management Meeting (AOM), European Academy of Management Meeting (EURAM), European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS), etc
> Marjolein BAGHUIS
As the Director of Communications & Network Relations at GRI, Marjolein is responsible for GRI's communications and outreach strategy, aiming to increase awareness of sustainability reporting and help make it standard practice. This includes managing GRI's external communications and the GRI brand, and developing GRI's global network through the Organizational Stakeholder Program and regional engagement. Marjolein started her career in brand management with Procter & Gamble, followed by a role in communications and fundraising for Greenpeace. Before joining GRI, she led the global client program for Synovate, a global market research company. Marjolein holds a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern Uni
> Jean-Marie BOLIKA
Project manager at World Wide Fund for Nature in Democratic Republic of Congo (WWF-DRC), Jean Marie Bolika is committed to sustainable management of natural resources in the country. Interested in governance and transparency issues in extractive industry sector, the promotion of rights of local pygmies communities, tax justice and CSR, he supports Congolese environmental organizations in their social negotiations with wood manufacturers. Jean-Marie Bolika is a member of the technical commission on voluntary partnership agreements (FLEGT-VPA) between DRC and EU.
> Joëlle BROHIER
Joelle Brohier is the Co-founder and the Chair of CSR & Development / www.RSE-et-PED.info, a leading French-language website on CSR in emerging markets and developing countries. Based in Singapore, Joëlle is at the same time a consultant in the field of CSR and works for various organisations. Before getting engaged in the field of CSR, Joelle worked 11 years in the private sector with UNILEVER and HAVAS ADVERTISING.
> Saskia Bruysten
Saskia Bruysten is co-founder and CEO of the Yunus Social Business gmbh; she was previously CEO and Strategic Director of Grameen Creative Lab, a joint venture founded in 2008 together with professor Yunus. Grameen Creative Lab claims at accelerating the idea of social business as a vehicle to end poverty by creating innovative partnerships between Grameen Bank and large companies. Holding a MBA from European Business School and a MSc in International Relations from London School of Economics, Saskia Bruysten previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a senior consultant. She comes from a German/Canadian background and has studied abroad in Argentina, US and UK

Professor of Business Ethics at EDHEC Business School, Geert Demuijnck has been coordinating the panel of experts at the World Forum Lille since 2007 and he co-manages the Scientific Committee of the World Forum Lille Institute.
> Michel DOUCIN, Ambassador responsible for Bioethics and Corporate social responsibility (CSR)
Former French ambassador for Human Rights, Michel Doucin is since 2008 ambassador responsible for Bioethics and Corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Teaching in various Political Studies Institutes, author of several books, Michel Doucin is a specialist of non government diplomatic actors.
> Olivier DUBIGEON, Founding Director of Sustainway
Olivier Dubigeon is founding director of SUSTAINWAY, an engineering firm specializing in strategic sustainable development, responsible leadership and operational management of CSR policies in businesses and local authorities. It combines the dual skills of an expert in the field of sustainable development and the experience of managing companies. He is an international expert and actor for the CSR international standard ISO 26000. He provides consulting and training for policy makers, managers and operational teams. He trains students from HEC, Ecole Centrale Paris Executive Education, Skema SD Master’s, IAE CSR Management (Paris 8) and the Paris Chemistry School.
> Anne-Catherine HUSSON TRAORE
Anne-Catherine HUSSON-TRAORÉ, an expert in Corporate Social Responsibility and especially in Socially Responsible Investment (SRI), has been Chief Executive of NOVETHIC since 2001. As part of Caisse des Dépôts, Novethic is the leading research center in France on Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) as well as a media expert on sustainable development.

Mr. Li jun, the Chairman of Labor Union of Shaanxi Pharmaceutical Holding Group Co., is in charge of the democratic administration, safeguarding rights of the staff, corporate culture as well as implementing the social obligation in the name of the company.
Shaanxi Pharmaceutical Holding Group Co. which was founded formally on December 28th, 2006 is a large investment-based state owned enterprise. It is also incorporates scientific research, production and trade. There are 19 subsidiaries or shareholding companies under its management, which covers the fields of pharmaceutical manufacture, distribution, scientific research, packaging and Chinese herb planting.
In the last a few years, the company established a few famous Joint Ventures like Xi’an-Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd. and Xi’an CP Pharmaceutical Ltd. etc. together with some World Top 500 Companies. The company possesses 439 license Numbers for both chemicals and traditional Chinese medicines, in which National Name Brands are 2, Provincial or Metropolitan Name Brands are 10, Registered Trademarks are 122 and 11 were listed in the protected category of Chinese herbals. Claude LENGLET is presently the Scientific Director for Rabot Dutilleul, one of the leaders in construction-promotion in France. He is particularly in charge of R & D activities and of the development of sustainable construction. Under his co-leadership Rabot Dutilleul has just completed the first phase of its CR strategic plan called Imagine 2014. This plan paves the way for the four coming years in terms of human, economic and sustainable fields for the whole Group. Claude LENGLET graduated from Ecole Centrale (Paris,1970) and obtained a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado (Boulder USA). Before joining Rabot Dutilleul, he was Technical Manager in a branch office of Bouygues Construction. He has been in charge of European R & D activities within the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP) with a particular focus on Energy Efficient Buildings and Sustainability. He was co-leader with Acciona for a proposal called “E2B” for Energy Efficient Buildings, a Joint Technology Initiative in the field of energy efficiency for buildings.
> Mollie PAITER MORLAND
Mollie PAINTER MORLAND (PhD) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at DePaul University and serves as Associate Director of De Paul’s Institute for Business and Professional Ethics. She also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Business and Professional Ethics Journal and as co-editor of Springer’s Issues in Business Ethics series. Mollie has also taught part-time at the University of Pretoria in South Africa, and she is currently a visiting professor at ESCP Paris, EDHEC in Lille and IAE in Aix-en-Provence, France. Mollie is the author and co-editor of a number of books, namely: “Business Ethics as Practice: Ethics as the Everyday Business of Business ”(Cambridge University Press, 2008), “Cutting-edge Issues in Business Ethics: Continental Challenges to Theory and Practice”, co-edited with Patricia Werhane (Springer, 2008), “Leadership, Gender and Organization”, co-edited with Patricia Werhane (Springer, 2011) and a textbook on “Business Ethics and Continental Philosophy” co-edited with René ten Bos (Cambridge University Press, 2011)
> Brenda PLANT, specialized consultant in CSR
Brenda Plant is a consultant and social entrepreneur specializing in corporate and shareholder social responsibility. She has founded and directed small for-profit and not for profit businesses that promote responsible consumption and responsible business practices. In her consulting practice, she works principally with small and mediums sized businesses, institutional investors, policy makers, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) seeking to integrate social, environmental and democratic values into their operations, investment practices, and the marketplace in general.
She has taught at the School of Management at McGill University and published and spoken widely on responsible marketplace initiatives. In an earlier phase of her career, Brenda worked in the community sector doing advocacy work around issues of poverty for six years.
She has a M.Sc. international management from HEC Montréal, a B.S.W. in community organizing and a B.A. in Humanistic Studies from McGill University. She is a member of the Advisory Committee to the HEC Montreal Graduate Diploma in Management and Sustainable Development. She is vice-president of the board of directors of Capital Équitable, an investment fund dedicated to the development of fair trade and a board member of the local economic development corporation, CDEC Centre-Sud/Plateau Mont-Royal. She is co-founder of cataléthique , a network of professionals looking to integrate sustainable development into their practices, formerly a board member of the Canadian Social Investment Organization and Co-Chair of the Ethical Investors Group.
In October 2009, Brenda was identified by Les Affaires as one of 15 women actively changing the world of business.
> Deon ROSSOUW, CEO of Ethics Institute of South Africa
CEO of the Ethics Institute of South Africa, Deon ROSSOUW is a worldwide renowned expert of business ethics. He is a member of the college of experts, and go with World Forum Lille since the launching in 2007. He was President of the International Society of Business, Ethics and Economics (ISBEE), Founder and President of Business Ethics Network of Africa (BEN-Africa), Head of Philosophy Department at Pretoria University. Deon published a lot of articles and books in the fields of ethics and corporate governance.
> Rajendra SHENDE
Rajendra Shende is Chairman of TERRE Policy Center in India, and former Director of the OzonAction Program of UNEP, United Nations Environment Program, through which he was awarded the USA’s prestigious Climate Protection prize in 2009. Born in India, he studied Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Mumbai. Before joining UN, Mr. Shende had a senior management career in the private sector in India and was part of the task force set up by the Government of India to negotiate the multilateral environmental agreement, the Montreal protocol. Author of numerous published policy papers, Mr. Shende has given various presentations for universities like MIT-USA, Swiss Technical Institute and Beijing University, INSEAD and HEC-Paris. Strategizing the use of Social Media networks to outreach environmental messages and engaging media though innovative partnerships have been Mr Shende’s recent priorities. His present activities are in the field of renewable energy, water and climate change.
> Hugues SIBILLE, Vice-Président du Crédit Coopératif
CEO of the Council group Ten (1980-1997), he was appointed inter-ministerial delegate to the social economy in 1998. In 2001, he became Director of the partnerships of the Caisse des Dépôts, in charge notably of the creation of small businesses and of the social economy. He joined the Crédit Coopératif in 2005, became Director General delegate, Deputy of the Chairman, in charge of partnerships until January 2010, when he was appointed Vice-President. He chairs AVISE (Agency of development of the socio-economic initiatives) which includes the Caisse des Dépôts and the social economy partners, including the Crédit Coopératif. He chairs, since November 2008, the Group
ESFIN-IDES, a shareholders' equity resource to create value for the social economy enterprises.
> Thierry TENE
An African expert of green growth and CSR, Thierry Tene leads A2D Conseil, a consulting firm that provides advice, training and audits in various fields of green business in Africa. He is also an environmental advisor for the weekly economical magazine “Les Afriques” and hosts conferences on these issues in Africa and Europe. He has organized in Paris the first business forum on ‘Green Growth and Investment in Africa’ in 2009 and is currently working with the International Labour Organization to set up a forum on ‘Green growth and women’s entrepreneurship in Africa’. Holding a Master on Design of Projects in Ecodevelopment, Thierry Tene has published numerous articles on these subjects. In 2011 he cofounded the Africa CSR Institute, a consulting firm on sustainable economy
Luc VANLIEDEKERKE
Luc Van Liedekerke is professor of business ethics at the universities of Leuven and Antwerp. He is director of the Centre for Economics and Ethics (www.cee.com ) (Leuven) and outgoing president of the European Business Ethics Network (www.eben-net.org ). With its 1400 members spread out over 40 countries this is the largest network of academics specialized in business ethics and CSR. He specializes in financial ethics and is the editor in chief of the handbooks in business ethics series published by Springer-Verlag.
