•5 times a year at our Alliances Network Morning workshops.
• During the 3 days of The World Forum Lille, a major international event gathering companies committed towards building a responsible economy.
• During the annual "Trophées Alliances de l’économie Responsable"
(Alliances Responsible Economy Awards) ceremony.
A network that brings together Companies and Candidates coming from Diverse backgrounds
• Implementation of "GDE": Hiring Group Dynamics: a coaching program for "Bac+3" diplomees who find themselves in discriminatory situations.
• Organization of an annual internship and employment Forum
• Creation of an "Exchange Network" composed of associations (NGOs) whose aim is to bring together companies, associations and institutions, notably during the Diversity Performance
Forum.
